“…These results suggest that higher quality randomized controlled trials are necessary on this topic, as the existing studies present several limitations. Concerning other study designs, they were assessed by the Newcastle and Ottawa scale, obtaining low scores: between 0 and 3 stars [ 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 , 26 , 30 , 31 , 33 , 34 , 35 ].
