Role of platelet rich fibrin in the closure of oronasal fistula. A case report

Abstract: An oronasal fistula is an abnormal opening connecting the oral cavity and the nose. They could occur as complications of oral and maxillofacial procedures. Oronasal fistulas (ONF) are challenging to repair optimally. The repair of a recurrent ONF is more of an enigma in cases where a small defect often requires an extensive surgery to close.
