Abstract:We sought to determine the mechanism by which angiotensin II (AngII) inhibits isoproterenol induced increase in adenylate cyclase (AC) activity and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) production in bovine pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (BPASMCs).
