Abstract: A 14-year-old female presented to the sports physiotherapy with a diagnosis of Osgood-Schlatter's disease (OSD), a condition particularly prevalent in adolescents engaged in sports with repetitive knee motions, such as volleyball. This ailment commonly manifests at the tibia, directly beneath the patella, eliciting discomfort and inflammation.
