Role of Phacoemulsification versus Phacotrabeculectomy on IOP in Patients with Primary Narrow Angle Glaucoma

Abstract: Background: Cataract surgery alone has gained more acceptance as an alternative surgical approach for primary angle closure glaucoma management.
