Role of Natural Killer Cells in Sonic Hedgehog driven Medulloblastoma

Abstract: Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common paediatric neoplasm of the CNS. Standard therapy is mainly curative; however, the severe side effects make immunotherapy an attractive therapeutic option.
