In complete PCL tears, midsubstance and avulsion tear are commonest (33.33%) followed by femoral and tibial end (16.67%) which corresponded to study done by Anil Madurwar et al 6 Among menisci, medial meniscus is commonly injured (38%), followed by lateral meniscus (26%). Posterior horn of medial meniscus was commonly injured structure among menisci noted in 30 cases against 64 meniscal tears.…”
