Experiment was carried out throughout two successive seasons of 2016 and 2017 on Manfalouty pomegranate trees grown at the Experimental Orchard of Assiut University, Faculty of Agriculture. Thirty six uniform trees (9 treatments x 4 replications) were chosen. The spraying treatments were: Micronutrients at the concentration of 2.5 and 5%, amino acid mixture at 1 and 2%, and Potassium solution at 1.5 and 3% and calcium solution at 2.5 and 5%. The obtained results revealed that most of the treatments increased total yield weight. The most effective treatments were micronutrients at 5%; amino acids at 2% and potassium. All the treatments significantly decreased fruit cracking comparing with the control. The most effective treatments were calcium and potassium spraying. The present data also suggested that spraying with micronutrients and amino acids at 1% produced the best fruit quality. From the obtained results of the present study it could be recommended that: Spraying micronutrients and amino acids for obtaining the best fruit quality with reasonable yield and healthy fruits. For decreasing the fruit cracking and increase the fruit firmness it could be recommended that to spray the fruit with calcium and potassium.

The experiment was carried out at Horticulture Garden, Department of Fruit Science, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology, Kanpur (U.P.) during two subsequent years i.e., 2020 and 2021. Sixteen treatments viz., four levels of GA (0, 20, 40 and 60 ppm) and Zn (0, 0.3, 0.5 and 0.7%) were studied in a Factorial Completely Randomized Design with three replications. Spraying was done twice i.e., before flowering (07 Feb.) and at pea stage (05 April) during both the years. Application of GA 60 ppm and Zinc 0.7% increases length of new shoot (24.41 and 24.44 cm), number of leaves per shoot (23.55 and 24.06), length of panicle (34.89 and 35.96 cm), number of fruit per panicle (21.11 and 22.19), length of fruit (4.21 and 4.30 cm), diameter of fruit (4.22 and 4.29 cm), fruit weight (20.22 and 21.16 g), weight of pulp (13.69 and 13.70 g), and pulp stone ratio (4.65 and 4.62) in both respective years and reduced days required to flowering after first spray (22.13 and 21.30) days, length of seed (2.16 and 2.14 cm), diameter of seed (1.32 and 1.30 cm), weight of seed (3.20 and 3.17 g) and rind weight (2.54 and 2.52 g). We suggest that the foliar application of GA (60ppm) and Zn (0.7%) may be included in strawberry farming for profitable yields and high GA and Zn concentration in strawberry fruit in the plains of Northern India.

In the 2020/2021 agricultural season, a private greenhouse farm in Al-Madaen city/Old Diyala Bridge/Western Tuwaitha Village (N 44,29,47-E 36,33,11) studied the influence of mineral micronutrients on biofortification, growth, and yield of sweet pepper cultivated on calcareous soil. Dutch Oloumpus peppers were planted. The plastic home grew seedlings on 11/11/20202. Nutrients (50 mg Fe) were employed. 60 mg Zn/L. 30 mg Mn/L. L-1 and 25 mg Cu. L-1) of the following salts: ferrous sulfate FeSO4.7H2O Fe=20%, zinc sulfate ZnSO4.7H2O Zn=22.78%, manganese MnSO4.H2O Mn=32.54%, copper CuSO4.5H2O Cu= 25.45%, successively. The split plot design factor experiment had three replications and two techniques of delivering nutrients: spraying the shoots and irrigation. Each technique of addition had 16 treatments, including single, double, triple, and quadruple additions of the nutrients employed in the experiment plus a reference treatment. The first addition came after two weeks of field cultivation, and subsequent addition was one week apart. N, P, and K were utilized at 425, 175, and 250 kg.h-1, respectively. The Fe treatment of irrigation water and the Fe+Mn+Cu treatment of sprayed shoots yielded the greatest vitamin C content of 23.57 mg.100gm-1 fresh weight. The Fe+Mn+Cu treatment had the greatest total soluble solids (TSS) value of 5.8, and all spray application treatments outperformed irrigation water on the vegetative system. Fe+Cu had the highest leaf chlorophyll index of 74.68. The maximum cumulative output was 159.15 Mg.h-1 for Fe+Zn+Mn spraying on shoots.
