Role of Leadership Competence of the Project Managers for Achieving Project Success in Evaluation

Abstract: Abstract-Demand of human are dynamic and to lead or manage them require to be adapted to or be flexible in each situation depending on location, culture and capacity of those managers (Muller, 2010).
