Role of Leadership Competence of the Project Managers for Achieving Project Success in Evaluation

Abstract

Abstract-Demand of human are dynamic and to lead or manage them require to be adapted to or be flexible in each situation depending on location, culture and capacity of those managers (Muller, 2010). The purpose of this paper is to explore theoretical relative importance of project managers' a leadership competences for achieving project success. Based on theoretical approaches of scientists Leadership competences can be assessed as emotional, managerial, and intellectual competences (EQ, MQ, IQ, respectively).
