Role of Lactobacillus in the Prevention of Antibiotic‐Associated Diarrhea: A Meta‐analysis

Abstract: Administration of a Lactobacillus single-agent regimen as a prophylactic agent during antibiotic treatment reduced the risk of developing AAD compared with placebo in adults but not pediatric patients.
