Abstract:Scoliosis is a condition in which there is a lateral curve to the spine. The cause of scoliosis is unknown, but different aetiologies have been suggested, but mostly cause has been idiopathic in nature. Muscle spasms, cerebral palsy, Marfan syndrome, and tumours (neurofibromatosis) are some of the suggested aetiologies.
