This study aimed at explaining the relationship, and effects of human capital, entrepreneurial business opportunities, institutional economics, and regional economic growth. It was carried out to develop fundamental microeconomic model in rural development to assist human capital roles and institutions as well as entrepreneurial business for the economic growth. Further, the researchers used simultaneous system method in form of a recursive correlational path analysis model. This modeling system provides simplicity and easy understanding. The main source of the data were the empirical micro fundamental data of the business doers in rural areas measured by Gini index ratio. The findings showed that human capital and institutions were the main pillars in improving the quality of regional economic growth. Interestingly, there was a strong relationship between business opportunities and economic growth. However, the business opportunities had significantly negative effect toward the regional economic growth. These indicate the existence of a disturbance outside the model, namely the presence of bank credit which apparently made the business doers suffered losses. In this way, there is a need to examine further the reasons why the bank credits given to MSMEs negatively effect the economic growth.

Global prevention efforts, including mitigating the Covid-19 impact, require a more serious mechanism, such as maintaining sustainable regional development security. This research examines the role of social entrepreneurship collaboration with institutions in maintaining sustainable regional development security using empirical data and path analysis. To measure sustainability, sustainable entrepreneurship business opportunities are used as an aspect of sustainable regional development. The results show that the new model innovation of social entrepreneurship collaboration and institutional quality is an important mechanism capable of optimizing resource use, overcoming socio-economic problems and poverty, and increasing productivity. Furthermore, it is a value chain in promoting public policy implementation and mitigating sustainable regional development security. Since the new model innovation creates better social and economic justice values, it is the most important innovation element in the basic framework of social innovation sustainability theory.

This research aims to investigate how entrepreneurial leadership and culture impact entrepreneurial behavior through the mediating role of entrepreneurial intention in Iraq's hotel industry. Information was gathered from 625 individuals employed in private restaurants and hotels, and a structural equation model, SEM, was utilized to analyze this data. Despite close focus on studying actual entrepreneurial behavior, the results of the current study emphasize the crucial role of entrepreneurial intention in the emergence of actual behavior. The entrepreneurial intention acts as a comprehensive mediator impacting entrepreneurial leadership and culture on entrepreneurial behavior. This underscores the pivotal role of individual intentions in translating organizational influences into tangible actions. The study emphasizes the significance of understanding and nurturing these intentions as drivers of entrepreneurial behavior. The implications extend to professionals in the industry, advocating for initiatives to foster an entrepreneurial mindset, cultivate supportive cultures, and empower employees to stimulate change. These insights offer a proactive framework for organizations to navigate dynamic challenges and capitalize on entrepreneurial opportunities in the sector.
