Abstract:Present review paper aims to understand role of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and diffusion tensor tractography (DTT) in diagnosis of traumatic axonal injury (TAI), induced by head trauma, in individual patients with a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI).
