Role of cytokines in Granulomatous Colitis

Abstract: Background: Intestinal tuberculosis (ITB) have significant immunological similarity with Crohn’s disease (CD). T helper cells and various cytokines secreted by them play a very crucial role in the pathogenesis of both the diseases.
