Abstract:Computed Tomography (CT) has become the most important imaging technique for evaluation of the abdomen and pelvis. CT is used to examine patients with acute abdominal complaints, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory conditions, known or suspected malignancy, abdominal and pelvic trauma.
