Abstract:The scientific review analyzes publications that prove the positive effects of bioactive lipids on human health. It is noted that certain lipids have a prophylactic effect on the body and can inhibit the development of certain diseases. The increased speed of passage of food masses after bariatric surgery affects the completeness of lipid breakdown and absorption in the stomach and small intestine.
