Abstract:Dynamic imaging of landmark organelles, such as nuclei, cell membrane, nuclear envelope, and lipid droplets enables image-based phenotyping of functional states of cells. Multispectral fluorescent imaging of landmark organelles requires labor-intensive labeling, limits throughput, and compromises cell health.
