Robust Observer-based Control Design for Singular Systems with Delays in States

Abstract: In this paper, the robust observer-based control problem for uncertain singular time delay systems is investigated. The approach is based on using Finsler's lemma. First, delay-dependent linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions are obtained which, guarantee that the nominal unforced system is regular, impulse free, and stable.
