Robust Excitonic‐Insulating States in Cu‐Substituted Ta2NiSe5

Abstract: Excitonic-insulating phases can be realized in semimetals or narrow bandgap semiconductors where the bandgap is smaller than the excitonbinding energy (E ex ).
