Robust and Reliable Vertical Handoff Technique for Next Generation Wireless Networks

Abstract: Next Generation Wireless Networks (NGWNs) focus on providing consistent Quality of Service (QoS) to network users; to achieve this goal, Cooperative Communication (CC) framework is popularly utilized.
