Abstract:We present a case of superior mesenteric artery syndrome in a 14-year-old female. The patient was initially managed using dietary changes and postprandial assumption of the left lateral decubitus position, however, after two months with no improvement, the patient was treated using a robot-assisted Strong’s procedure.
