Roasting Conditions for Optimization of Citri Unshii Pericarpium Antioxidant Activity Using Response Surface Methodology

Abstract: This study was conducted to establish roasting conditions for optimization of Citri Unshii Pericarpium antioxidant activity using response surface methodology (RSM).
