“…In the surgical treatment of some clinical departments, such as thyroid surgery or caesarean section, intradermal suture technology is often selected, in which absorbable thread or non-absorbable thread is sutured below the skin, and no suture can be seen on the skin surface, thus meeting the so-called cosmetic suture requirements of patients. 16,17 However, this suture method is a continuous transverse suture below the skin, and lacks suture tension perpendicular to the wound to resist the tension of the wound, which will eventually lead to scar hyperplasia of the wound, and its prognosis is still not ideal. So when we do emergency sutures for facial trauma, for fat and dermis, choose to use inversion suture, it refers to the subcutaneous tension-reducing suture technique used in plastic surgery.…”

“…The overall incidence of postpartum surgical-site complications has been reported as 1%-18%. 5,6,19 These complications disrupt recovery, increase the use of antibiotics and analgesics, and prolong hospitalization. 20 In particular, women with postoperative SSI are less likely to breastfeed and more likely to experience postpartum depression, thus negatively affecting both mothers and their neonates.…”

“…Health professionals must not use caesarean sections to meet a specific goal or rate, but rather as an alternative option for patients' needs based on the situation, as clearly stated by WHO [11][12][13][14][15]. In hospital institution setting where no adequate resource and manpower to conduct safe operations for Caesarean sections can be a reason of arising numerous complications, mortality and morbidity [16][17][18][19][20][21]. Excessive rates of unnecessary caesarean sections can divert resources away from other services in health institutions that are already overburdened and vulnerable [22].…”
