Risk Management for Truck-LHD Machine Operations in Underground Mines Using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

Abstract: In underground metal mines, cross-sections of galleries can be made larger compared to coal mines. Therefore, underground mining trucks Load-Haul-Dump (LHD) machines can easily be used for haulage of ore in underground metal mines.
