Risk factors and prevention of nosocomial pneumonia in polytrauma

Abstract: Nosocomial pneumonia (NK) is one of the most frequent complications of polytrauma leading to death. Meanwhile, the recommendations on prevention of NK in case of polytrauma have not been specified so far.
