Sumon et al (2016) reported that 94% of the interviewed farmers thought pesticides to have short/long term health effects. This could be explained by the fact that 64% of the farmers in the present study faced health problem after applying pesticides however, among them 41% reported to be very confident that these symptoms had been caused by the pesticides.…”
