Rise against the machine: Creating global health for vulnerable populations through child nutrition

Abstract: There has been much talk about the connection between Global North food systems, health, and climate change. However, very little action has been taken that has made a measurable difference. The authors propose a novel view of the structure of our food system and what we can do to mitigate its impact on the environment, health, and vulnerable populations, with our children being the most vulnerable of all. Finally, a detailed outline of a viable solution is provided.
