Abstract:High-throughput experimentation (HTE) is an important tool in pharmaceutical process research and development. However, most of the current HTE workflows do not monitor reaction progress and, therefore, provide no information on kinetic regimes (induction, deactivation, etc.). Here, we describe the development of a parallel reaction monitoring technique for micromole-scale organic reactions using near-infrared spectroscopy and multivariate semi-NMF analysis (Non-negative Matrix Factorization). This workflow pr… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
