Abstract:RESUMOA síndrome de Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) é afecção rara, caracterizada por agenesia congênita de terço superior da vagina e ausência ou atresia uterina. Sua prevalência varia de 1:4000 a 5000 nascimentos de bebês do sexo feminino. Associa-se frequentemente a outras alterações, como anomalias renais ou malformações esqueléticas.
