Abstract: Abstract:Rapastinel (GLYX‐13) is a natural amidated tetrapeptide (Thr‐Pro‐Pro‐Thr‐NH2)endowed with strong antidepressant property. Rapastinel shows considerable promise for treating drug‐resistant major depressive disorder (MDD), and is under clinical phase III development.
