Right Coronary Artery Origin in Stenosed Left Anterior Descending Artery

Abstract: A very rare coronary artery anomaly of right coronary artery originating from the middle portion of the left anterior descending artery was discovered in a 58-yearold woman with unstable angina pectoris. Double coronary artery bypass grafting was performed successfully.
