Abstract: A male was admitted for middle back pain a month prior and became heavier in a week. The patient came to the emergency room of a hospital and the ECG showed complete RBBB. After Day-3 inpatient, the chief complaint was worsening and ECG showed ischemia sign of infero-anterolateral.
