Right Atrial Myxoma Originating from Tricuspid Septal Leaflet

Abstract: A unique case of right atrial myxoma originating from the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve is described. The tumor was detected by echocardiography and resected along with part of the septal leaflet, followed by primary repair.
