Right atrial appendage aneurysm complicated with atrial septal defect: A rare case report

Abstract: A 13-year-old girl was referred to our hospital with a history of chest tightness and shortness of breath after activity for 1 year.Systolic murmurs were audible on auscultation of the left sternal border second intercostal. Electrocardiography indicated a normal sinus rhythm.
