“…3. As observed from the hysterisis curves, the loops shape become roundish and distort slightly with the increase of BNT content, which is attributed to the effect of the leakage current at BNBT ceramics [16]. The BNT addition has least influence on the remanent polarization P r of the ceramics, and the coercive field E c is changed a little bigger.…”

“…The lattice parameters calculated from the FullProf profile fit are given in Table 1. It is observed from the Table 1 [16][17][18]. This can be viewed as the effect of dopants which makes it possible to achieve the properties identical to those of wet chemical or ball milled BTO.…”

“…To fit our structure, a structure model based on BaTiO 3 with a tetragonal phase with a P4 mm space group and an orthorhombic phase with an Amm2 space group were used. The background fitting was created by a Chebyshev polynomial function and the diffraction peak profiles were fit with a Pseudo‐Voigt function . It was found that the fitting parameters R p ≤ 18.2%, R wp ≤ 19.4%, and 2 ≤ 1.56 were in agreement between the observed and calculated XRD patterns of all ceramics.…”
