RICTOR amplification as a novel therapeutic target for lung cancer brain metastases.

Abstract: 3597 Background: Approximately 20% to 50% of patients with advanced lung cancer develop brain metastases, which are associated with debilitating neurologic impairment and a dismal prognosis.
