Morphologically, lymphoma can present with a whole spectrum of changes ranging from nodules, mass lesions with or without cavity, endobronchial mass, ground glass opacities, a reticular interstitial pattern with involvement of the interstitial lymphatic system, or consolidation with an air bronchogram [13][14][15].
