Abstract:Purpose of Review: Richter's syndrome (RS) is an aggressive lymphoma that arises from pre-existing chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). Despite significant advancements in CLL treatments over the last decade, including the emergence of novel therapies, RS continues to be associated with poor outcomes. In this review, we examine the current literature on RS and discuss the future research direction.
