Ribonucleases with Antiproliferative Properties: Molecular Biological and Biochemical Characteristics

Abstract: The article dwells on ribonucleases (RNAses) whose cytotoxic activity depends on the enzymatic activity, i.e. the ability to catalyze the cleavage of phosphodiester bonds of RNA.
