Rhythmic Activity of Tissue of Lymphatic Nodes in Ontogenesis Toxic Stress

Abstract

Under experimental intoxication, age-related features of the ultradian rhythms of the total protein, albumin in the tissue of the lymph nodes are considered. Using the chronobiological approach and the biochemical research method, a comparison was made of the rhythmic activity of total protein and albumin in the tissue of the lymph nodes in ontogenesis, with chronic exposure to sulfur-containing natural gas and against the background of the introduction of a complex of antioxidants. The revealed fluctuations in the content of total protein and albumin can be characterized as ultradian with periods from 20 - 40 to 60 minutes. The experiment established a higher level of lipid peroxidation products in young and old rats, in comparison with a group of mature animals. The experiments showed that the introduction of a complex of antioxidants restores the weakened function of the lymph nodes, leading to a decrease in the level of free radical processes in all age groups, but with a more pronounced effect in young animals. The obtained experimental data indicate a decrease in the stability of the tissue of the lymph nodes with age and the depletion of the antioxidant system
