Rhomboencephalosynapsis MR-Semiotics and Differential Diagnosis

Abstract: Rombencephalosynapsys (RES) is a rare variant of anomalies of the posterior cranial fossa structures characterized by dysplastic fusion of cerebellar hemispheres and absence or hypoplasia of cerebellar vermis.
