Rhinoscleroma: A case report and a review of literature

Abstract: Rhinoscleroma (RS) is a chronic granulomatous infection of the nose and upper respiratory tract, which is caused by the gram-negative bacillus Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis, the disease is endemic in many regions of the world, but rarely occurs in Russia.
