Revolutions in lipid isomer resolution: application of ultra-high resolution ion mobility to reveal lipid diversity

Abstract: Many families of lipid isomers remain unresolved by contemporary liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry ap-proaches, leading to a significant underestimation of structural diversity within the lipidome.
