Revisiting the East‐West advancement flap: great for multiple anatomic locations

Abstract: Background The east‐west advancement flap is a simple flap traditionally used to repair Mohs surgery defects on the nose. We aim to demonstrate this flap can be used with good cosmetic outcome and minimal complications on a variety of anatomical sites.
