Abstract:In this paper the Informed Consent Principle for sensitive information management is revisited under the perspective of ubiquitous and embedded computing and of personalized privacy. We claim that an Informed Fair Consent Principle, here proposed, takes into account privacy threats, pointed out in the paper, which may stem from some granted consent.
