Revisiting the Happy-Productive Worker Thesis from a Eudaimonic Perspective: A Systematic Review

Abstract: The happy-productive worker thesis (HPWT) is considered the Holy Grail of management research, and it proposes caeteris paribus, happy workers show higher performance than their unhappy counterparts.
