Revisiting the Dielectric Breakdown in a Polycrystalline Ferroelectric: A Phase‐Field Simulation Study

Abstract: To understand the dielectric breakdown in a polycrystalline ferroelectric, a thorough phase field simulation has been performed by introducing a new degradation function.
