Revised Short Screening Version of the Profile of Mood States (POMS) From the German General Population

“…Selected items from the Profile of Mood Scale (POMS) (McNair et al, 1971) were used for measuring our study participants' general mood state during the lockdown. The 16-item version of POMS used in the present study is based on a German short screening version (Petrowski et al, 2020), which has been psychometrically tested in a large, representative German sample (list of items available upon request from the corresponding author of this article).
