“…Genomic DNA from one adult wasp from Specimen 3 (see Table 1, aka "PrairieTET2") was extracted by TEW using Chelex 100 resin in a 30-µL volume containing 10% Chelex and 4% Protinase K (20mg/mL). The COI region for this specimen was amplified using PCR primers LCO1490 and HCO2198 as described in Triapitsyn et al (2021), with the addition of universal M13 sequencing primers.
