Review—The Thermistor-Electrode as a Temperature Sensor to Obtain Thermodynamic Data of Electrochemical Systems

Abstract: The measurement of the interfacial temperature variation associated with the electrochemical Peltier heat has been carried out by employing a variety of temperature sensors. Among them, the use of a high-precision thermistor inserted in the working electrode is a sensitive arrangement with satisfactory precision to measure the temperature variation given by the electrochemical reaction.
